Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order from Folding Paper. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you resolve it quickly and fairly.
Returns
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. This is in line with UK and EU distance selling regulations.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition where possible.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in resale condition cannot be returned.
How to start a return
To request a return, please contact us by email with your order details.

Please include your order number and the items you want to return.
Once we receive your request, we’ll reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. This usually takes 3–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it.
We will always aim to resolve issues fairly. This may include:
- Replacement of the item
- Full refund
- Partial refund depending on the situation
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are ordering from the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please email us before the 14-day period ends.
Once confirmed, items must be returned and a refund will be issued once goods are received back.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items
- Items not in resale condition
- Custom or personalised items (if introduced in future)
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
