We aim to get your order to you promptly and in perfect condition, with clear delivery pricing and careful packaging designed to protect your paper in transit.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is charged at £3.95, with free delivery on orders over £30.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery usually takes a further 2–4 working days depending on your location and the postal service in use.
Typical timeline:
Order placed → packed within 1–2 working days → delivered in 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Packaging
Origami paper needs to arrive flat, clean and ready to fold. We package orders carefully to help prevent bending, creasing or transit damage.
Order Processing
Orders are usually packed and dispatched Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During especially busy periods, such as Christmas or promotional events, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer — but we always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Delivery Delays
Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, but delays can occasionally happen due to postal disruption, weather or seasonal demand.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
Address Accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address details being entered at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the USA, Europe, and selected other international destinations.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.
If you’d like to order from a country that is not currently available at checkout, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Please note that any import VAT, customs duties, local taxes, handling fees, or other charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, and unfortunately are outside of our control.
We recommend checking your country’s customs and import rules before placing an order, as any charges due on delivery will need to be paid by the recipient.
