Who lessons are suitable for

Beginners Learn the basics, common folds and simple models with patient guidance.
Improving folders Build confidence with diagrams, bases and more structured models.
Families or young folders A friendly introduction to origami, with models chosen to suit the learner.
Clubs, schools and groups Nick also gives talks and workshops for schools, WI groups, Probus clubs and other organisations.

What you’ll need

You don’t need much to begin — just suitable paper, a clear surface and a willingness to practise.

For beginners, we usually recommend starting with 15cm Kami paper. It is lightweight, easy to fold and forgiving while you build accuracy.

If you already have a specific model or skill you’d like to work on, mention it when enquiring.
